Lee and Lee Structural Engineering Inc. collaborated closely with Corbel Architects to meticulously design and engineer a contemporary multifamily residential building that features five stories of Type III-A construction. This modern and thoughtfully planned structure is strategically developed over two levels of Type I residential space and parking, complemented by an additional level of subterranean parking below ground. The design carefully balances durability and fire resistance with aesthetic appeal, optimizing space utilization to create a safe and comfortable living environment while strictly adhering to the most stringent building codes. Our team’s extensive expertise ensured the seamless integration of mixed-use construction types, successfully meeting both functional requirements and safety standards for this innovative and forward-thinking residential project.
