    Description:

    We are seeking a mid-level structural engineer with hands-on experience in designing commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of taking ownership of project deliverables.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform structural analysis and design using ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE

    • Produce calculation packages, plans, and construction documents

    • Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors

    • Assist with plan check and permitting process

    • Conduct occasional site visits and respond to RFIs

    Qualifications:

    • B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering

    • 5–7 years of structural design experience

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural modeling tools

    • E.I.T. required, P.E. preferred

    • Strong understanding of IBC, CBC, ASCE 7, and relevant code

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft structural plans, sections, and details using AutoCAD

    • Revise drawings based on engineer markups and redlines

    • Organize sheet sets and maintain drafting standards

    • Coordinate drawings with architectural and MEP backgrounds

    • Prepare submittal-ready plans for permitting and construction

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience in structural or architectural drafting

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus)

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to read structural/architectural drawings

    • Familiarity with structural components (wood, steel, concrete, CMU)
